WHAT DOES WATER BAPTISM MEAN?
Baptism is very similar to why married folk wear wedding bands; it is an outward sign of an inward commitment to the Lordship of Jesus in your life. That means he's in charge. You're committing to live your life his way and trusting that it is better for you. The first thing he tells us to do is to be baptized in water.
WHAT IS WATER BAPTISM?
Baptism is symbolic to the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. When we are fully immersed under the water, it represents the death and burial of our old self. When we come up out of the water it represents a resurrection to a new life that is found in Jesus.
WHO CAN BE BAPTIZED?
Baptism is a step of faith that the participant must fully be able to understand and knowingly choose to do. That's why we don't baptize infants and small children. Anyone who identifies as a follower of Jesus can perform your baptism. Just let us know who you'd like to baptize you when we contact you with details for the day.

On the Growth Track, You will spend four Sundays diving into what it looks like to follow Jesus, connect to the church, discover your purpose, and then make a difference with your life.

Growth Track begins directly after service on Sunday. There's no need to register. Just show up. We will have refreshments ready and a seat available for you.
